Your purchase is a legally binding contract.
Please order only if you're serious about buying the item and only if you agree to our company policies in their entirety. If payment is not received within 8 days, the item may be re-listed at the seller’s sole discretion and an unpaid item claim will be filed.

LakeToys.net wants our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases and transactions. To insure that this happens, please ask any questions before you order. If you are still unsure about ordering after reading our policies, please do not place an order. If you have reservations and place an order, LakeToys.net cannot be held accountable for any dissatisfaction.
All descriptions are taken directly from the suppliers’ or manufactures’ websites.
We take questions seriously, and strive for accurate answers. Sometimes we have to contact the supplier for answers, so emails will be answered as quickly as possible depending on when the supplier can be contacted. If an inaccurate answer is received from the supplier that creates a problem, LakeToys.net cannot be held accountable. LakeToys.net will however, work closely with the customer and supplier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
PICK UPS
This item cannot be picked up due to it being an item that is drop shipped directly from the supplier. This item cannot be picked up from the supplier due to their individual company policies.
PAYMENT DETAIL
Payment must be received and cleared before item is shipped.
Payments may be made by:

- Credit Card (must be processed over the phone)
- Other payment methods may be available upon request, but all orders must be placed through Ebay. Please contact us for further information.

MAKING OFFERS
LakeToys.net doesn’t accept offers or additional discounts on its products. LakeToys.net offers high quality products at below retail costs and prices are as low as can be offered. Combined shipping is available for multiple items ordered from the same supplier if they can be placed in the same container.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Returns and/or replacements will only be granted if the merchandise has a manufacturer’s defect or is damaged during shipping. Other returns will be allowed if an acceptable reason is given. Prior authorization must be obtained from the supplier in either case. Refunds will not be given due to item color not matching buyer’s monitor color.
All claims must be filed via email within 3 days of receipt of item or it will be considered as not received. If you need an item returned or replaced due to a defect or damage during shipping, please contact us and include the item number and the reason you need to return the item. You will be contacted by email for return instructions. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. Many suppliers will issue a call tag with the shipping company they use for shipping. The shipping company schedules a date to pick up the item. LakeToys.net is not always notified of the pick up date. LakeToys.net will contact you if we receive that information.
As soon as your return arrives at the supplier and we are notified, we will either place an order for a replacement or issue a refund. Our customers will not be held liable for return shipping costs or replacement costs when the supplier or shipping company is at fault. In other cases, the customer is responsible for ALL costs incurred for the return (shipping, handling fees, restocking fees, Ebay fees, merchant fees as well as any call tags required to have the item picked up and returned by the delivery company.) The refund will be for the retail price minus any charges incurred.
ORDER CANCELLATION/RE-ROUTING
In special instances, orders can be canceled or re-routed while in transit.
The customer will be responsible for any extra shipping charges for re-rerouting.
SUPPLIER ERROR
LakeToys.net cannot be held liable for supplier errors. Even though supplier errors are very rare, they do occur occasionally. In these instances, LakeToys.net will be happy to assist in resolving the error as quickly as possible.
FEEDBACK
LakeToys.net prides themselves on great customer service. We appreciate positive feedback and leave positives in return. We are happy to help our customers to resolve any problems with shipping or defective/damaged merchandise. If there are any issues with a transaction, please contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can at least have a chance to resolve the problem.
