Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these costs will be before bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse these charges for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items “gift” - US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior and is against our company policy.

Some orders are processed and shipped directly from the suppliers or our warehouses, LakeToys.net does not have control over all shipping times. Shipping time varies between suppliers and products as well as the availability of stock. Some items are stocked regularly while other items are produced on a made to order basis. Items stocked in our warehouse ship within 1 - 3 business days. Items that are drop shipped directly from the supplier take 1 - 7 business days. Made to order items usually ship within 2 - 6 weeks. Email notification will be sent on items that will take longer than normal shipping times. If you have a concern with shipping time, please email us at bodydock@aeroinc.net for an estimated shipping time before you place an order to avoid disappointments.

Holidays are peak shopping times shipping times may take longer. Suppliers have a cut off date after which delivery by Christmas will not be promised. We encourage our customers to contact us about delivery times during the months of November and December for delivery by Christmas. Since Christmas delivery times are determined by our suppliers, LakeToys.net is not responsible for items not received before Christmas. Please contact us at bodydock@aeroinc.net if there is a concern about shipping times before your place an order to avoid any problems.

Shipping is determined by the supplier. All items will be shipped by ground. Other delivery methods may be available upon request. If special shipping is desired, please contact us bodydock@aeroinc.net before you place an order to make arrangements. Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping and handling charges for each listing are based upon current shipping prices, as well as fees charged by our suppliers, Ebay, paypal and/or credit card processing fees. LakeToys.net strives to keep costs for shipping as low as possible for our customers. Combined shipping is available for multiple items ordered from the same supplier if they can be placed in the same container.

LakeToys.net will not be held accountable for undeliverable addresses. The buyer is liable for ALL shipping and handling charges, Ebay, merchant account fees and re-stocking fees incurred on undeliverable address orders. Please make sure your address is up to date when ordering to insure guaranteed delivery. If Paypal is used for payment, the address provided to Paypal will be used. LakeToys.net has no way of knowing if your address is correct, and will not pay for charges incurred due to customer error. If you plan on moving to a new address within 6 weeks of ordering, please contact us at bodydock@aeroinc.net before you place an order or wait until after you move to place your order to avoid any delivery problems.
